90-Day Limited Warranty
Every KAVORA purchase is backed by our 90-Day Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects.
What is Covered:
- Structural defects in the metal setting.
- Loose prongs or setting irregularities.
- Loss of accent stones (melee diamonds/moissanite) due to setting defects.
How We Resolve Issues (The “Local Repair” Advantage):
Since our workshop is based internationally, we do not require you to ship your jewelry back for minor adjustments. This saves you weeks of waiting time.

For Minor Repairs: If you experience an issue covered by warranty
(e.g., a loose prong or missing side stone), simply take the piece to a trusted local
jeweler in your area. We will reimburse you for the repair cost (up to a pre-authorized
limit) upon presentation of the receipt.
Important: You must contact us at contact@kavora.com for authorization before proceeding with any repairs. - For Major Defects: In the rare event of a significant structural failure that cannot be fixed locally, we will arrange and cover the shipping costs for the item to be returned to us for a complete replacement or repair.
What is Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, natural fading of rhodium plating).
- Damage resulting from accidents, trauma (bent rings from heavy lifting), or negligence.
- Discoloration caused by exposure to harsh chemicals (chlorine, bleach, hairspray).
- Loss or theft of the center stone or the entire ring.
- Issues resulting from resizing or repairs performed by another jeweler without our prior authorization.
Ring Resizing Policy
We strongly encourage confirming your size before ordering, as international shipping makes returning rings for resizing impractical.
- If we made a mistake: If the ring does not match the size you ordered, please contact us. We will cover the cost for you to have it resized at a local jeweler.
- If you ordered the wrong size: We recommend taking the ring to a local jeweler for resizing. Our rings are crafted to be easily adjustable by professional goldsmiths. We do not accept returns solely for resizing purposes.
Jewelry Insurance Recommendation
Our warranty guarantees the craftsmanship of your piece, but it is not insurance. To protect your investment against loss, theft, or accidental damage (such as chipping a stone), we highly recommend purchasing personal jewelry insurance (e.g., Jewelers Mutual) or adding a rider to your home or renters insurance policy.
