How It Works
STEP ONE:
Gather inspiration & fill out our custom design form with as much detail as possible! Our design team will then reach out to you within 48 hours with additional information along with an estimate.
STEP TWO:
Our designers create digital renderings which we will email to you for review. Now if your time to make edits! We will repeat this process until the design meets your approval.
STEP THREE:
Once design is finalized, we will email you a custom invoice to complete your order. Production will begin after the invoice has been paid and takes about 4-5 weeks!
STEP FOUR:
Your dream design is complete & on it's way to you ready for your perfect moment! It will be securely mailed with discreet 2-day insured FedEx shipping.
Use Your Own Stones
We love nothing more than incorporating your special stone(s) into your design. Whether they're from your existing ring or have been passed down, you can bring that same sentimentality into your new design.

Is my custom design eligible for a return or exchange?
All custom designs are ineligible for return or exchange. Each custom piece is unique and created especially for you. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your custom, please email us at hello@oliveavejewelry.com.
Am I able to change the center stone size and/or shape of an existing olive ave design?
Yes! We are happy to help modify any existing Olive Ave designs to accommodate your desired center stone. Note: This will be considered a custom order and will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Can I use my own stone(s) in an existing olive ave or custom design?
Yes! We can use customer supplied stones. We need exact stone measurements before creating the design (or altering an existing Olive Ave style). You can send the stone(s) in for our jewelers to measure. If the stone(s) need to be removed from a piece of jewelry, we will return the jewelry the stones were taken from, or you can request to receive recycled gold credit for the piece.
Are you able to reuse my gold in a new piece?
Refining gold is an expensive process and is not cost effective to reuse customer supplied gold.
