This policy applies to all eligible orders, with the exception of custom-made items, engraved pieces, and items that have sustained damage after delivery.

Important Note on Return Shipping

As an international brand, we strive to offer the best value on our jewelry. Therefore, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • To ensure the safety of your package, we can provide a secure, insured shipping label. The cost of this label will be deducted from your final refund amount.
  • Alternatively, you may use your own shipping method, but we strongly recommend using an insured service with signature confirmation, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
Resizing & Repairs (Local Reimbursement)

To ensure you get the perfect fit as quickly as possible without the long wait times of international shipping, we offer a Local Resizing Reimbursement.

  • How it works: Instead of shipping your ring back to our atelier, simply take your piece to a trusted local jeweler in your area for resizing.
  • Reimbursement: Email us a copy of the receipt to [Insert Your Email], and we will reimburse you up to $30 USD.
  • Note: This applies to simple resizing only. For complex repairs or warranty issues, please contact us first.
How to Pack Your Return

If you are returning an item, please follow these steps to ensure safe delivery and faster processing:

  1. Plan Ahead: Please reach out to KAVORA JEWELRY before shipping to confirm the correct return address and documentation.
  2. Disguise the Label: For security, do not identify the package as containing jewelry or address it to “KAVORA JEWELRY”.
  3. Choose Packaging: Use the original packaging if possible. We recommend the “Double Box” method.
  4. Secure the Package: Seal the outer box securely with packing tape.
  5. Ship & Monitor: Keep your receipt and tracking number.
